A1 Innovation Days in Vienna

Monday, September 28th, 2009

During the last weekend the A1 Innovation Days took place at Vienna/Telekom Austria. It was a very nice Event with a major Focus on NFC Technology including workshops from Nokia and Alcatel Lucent.

Besides the NFC Tracks Nokia gave a workshop on the new Maemo 5 Platform and Qt. I also got the chance to have a look at the upcoming N900 – the new Maemo Hardware platform running a Linux (Debian) OS. Nokia wants to target especially developers with this device from my point of view, as it is very open from a technical side but on the other hand not as stylish as the iPhone.
